Filipino Chefs Unite for a Fundraising Dinner to Honor the Victims of the Lapu Lapu Day Block Party Tragedy

 

North York, ON – Join us on June 9, 2025, at 7:00 PM for a unique culinary experience as ten renowned Filipino chefs and restaurateurs based in Toronto, ON, come together for a fundraising dinner at 890 Wilson Ave, North York. This special event is an initiative of Pinay Tayo Toronto, a dedicated non-profit organization that supports Filipino women small business entrepreneurs in the Greater Toronto Area. The organization aims to connect, support, and unite Filipino entrepreneurs while promoting and preserving Filipino culture in Toronto.

 

In celebration of Filipino Heritage Month, this event honors the victims of the Lapu Lapu Day Block Party tragedy, offering a delightful 10-course tasting menu that showcases the rich flavors of Filipino cuisine. Every bite you enjoy will contribute to a noble cause, with all proceeds going directly to those affected by the tragedy.
